When you're looking for a partner to help you negotiate the complexities of selling a home, you've come to the right place. The experience, dedication and strong communication you'll receive here will help ensure the successful and profitable sale of your home:
1. The Local Advantage - Take advantage of a broad spectrum of technologies and tools to support the sale of your home from start to close.
2. Internet Advertising - Since the lion's share of home buyers starts their search on the internet, top placement on search engines is essential. You'll gain access to placement on Google, MSNBC, and other websites. This will maximize your exposure and bring a large number of potential buyers to view information about your home.
3. Email Campaigns - It's important to "work the network." We can work together to identify the right people to target your home-and get in touch with them by email to drive excitement and interest.
4. Personal Touch - Of course, technology alone won't sell your home. Face-to-face interaction provides the advantage to sell your home-and you won't have to worry about a thing. The details will be handled with care and constant communication, to ensure the marketing and sale of your home go smoothly.

New Year's Resolution #1

Declutter!!

1.  Make a space in your home to conveniently store or keep items you want to donate.  All other items go into the trash!  TheThriftShopper.com makes it a easy to find charity thrift stores in your area by entering your ZIP code.

2.  Recycle old technology.  Best Buy Recycle will take your old technology, no matter where you bought them originally. They charge $100 to pick up old appliances like TVs if you’re not also having a new Best Buy item delivered to you. They destroy CPUs to protect your data privacy. And the recycled bits and pieces become raw materials manufacturers can use to make everything from appliances to park benches

3.  Sell your more recent technology.

4.  Get rid of junk mail.  By creating a free account at Catalogchoice.org, you can banish catalogs and assorted marketing items from your home forever. Plus, their MailStop Browser extension for Firefox lets you opt out of mailing lists in real time when you shop online.

5.  Take any gently used clothes that is no longer needed to a consignement store or donate.

6.  Get rid of old books.  Keep the ones you really like though!  Believe it or not, you can google places that will buy the books and some even pay for shipping.  I recommend donating them to the public library or taking to a used book store to recycle.

7.  This one is a good one.  Instead of thowing out old towels, blankets, or cleaning supplies, donate them to the local animal shelter.

8.  Spend some time familiarizing yourself with the online sites like Ebay and Craigslist.  Remember, one person's trash is another person's treasure.
