Do I need a buyer's agent for new home construction?

Did you know that they are still building new homes in Vickery? The latest phase is near the swim/tennis club. Vickery is a 236-acre master-planned community and was one of the first to ever be certified an EarthCraft community. The community has over 75 acres of parkland, two private lakes, a swimming pool, eight tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds.
